1. What is my premium?

All certified group exercise instructors are eligible for a year program pricing, WITS or College degree in exercise-related field also qualify to enroll. Annual cost for accredited certified personal trainers and group exercise instructors begins at $136 premium.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

This special internet only insurance program for personal trainers and instructors is currently set up to process Visa and MasterCard.

3. Do I have to pay all up front?

Yes. The premium is fully earned as allowed by your state.

4. Will my partner/spouse be covered under this policy?

If you are a LLC or a corporation, your policy allows up to a total of three certified trainers on the policy.

5. What liability limits are included with this policy?

This program has Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability Limits of: $1,500,000 per aggregate with $500,000 per occurrence; $3,000,000 aggregate with $1,000,000 per occurrence; or $4,000,000 aggregate with $2,000,000 per occurrence. Limits can not be modified or changed. There are no liability deductibles.

6. Do you charge for certificates of insurance?

No, because you, the insured client, orders your own certificate of insurance and completes the information online, there is no charge.

7. How do I get Certificates of Insurance or add Additional Insureds?

You can obtain a certificate of insurance two ways.

1. Complete the online application which has fields for 5 additional insureds.
2. Fill out the Certificate of Insurance Request Form

8. Where am I covered under this policy?

This policy is designed to cover you at no matter what venue you choose to train. Your home, your client's homes, recreation centers, outdoors and, of course, at any health club.

9. Who is covered under this policy?

Personal trainers, instructors for aerobics, yoga, Pilates, dance, stroller/fit strides, cardio kickboxing, group aerobics, Zumba®, Jazzercise®, dancercise, and water aerobics.
